Registered Nurses provide six home visits for six months to new mothers and babies to help them get off to the best start in life. The nurses give information for good health and development so that children start school healthy and ready to learn.

All new mothers with newborns less than six weeks old that live in Franklin County are eligible for a Strong Families First Newborn Home Visit.
