Smoke Free Housing Program 
Smoke-free apartments are cost effective for landlords and help tenants enjoy healthier living. Columbus Public Health offers resources to public and private property managers for smoke free housing.

Smoke Free Indoor Air 
State law prohibits smoking in indoors public areas and workplaces with very few exceptions.  Columbus Public Health is a designated authority and is responsible for smoking compliance in the City of Columbus.  To report an establishment in the city of Columbus that is not in compliance with the Ohio Smoke Free Workplace law, please call 866-559-OHIO (6446).
