Columbus Public Health Department does not provide Travel Immunizations. Information about which vaccines are recommended for various destinations can be obtained by calling Ohio Department of Health at 614-466-4643. Here is a list that can help you find travel vaccines in Central Ohio.
Columbus Public Health does not offer physical examinations. If you need to get both your immunizations and a physical, you can get the immunizations at Columbus Public Health, then take the proof of your immunizations to your family doctor for the physical.
If you plan to get immunizations AND a TB test, it is best to get the TB test done first. This can prevent the long wait (4-6 weeks) that can be required before a TB test once certain vaccines have been given.
TB tests can be obtained on a walk-in basis at The Little Clinic, TakeCare Clinic, and MinuteClinic locations.
