Program Information

Toddler trying to standThe Help Me Grow program assures that newborns, infants, and toddlers have the best possible start in life. This program is for pregnant women and families with children age birth to three who are at risk for developmental delays or disabilities or Part C eligible children (children identified eligible due to mental retardation and/or developmental delays.)

Every family that is eligible and provides consent for ongoing Help Me Grow services is assigned to a Help Me Grow Service Coordinator, who is a licensed social worker.  This coordinator meets with the family through home visiting and works with each family using an Individualized Family Service Plan.

Services include:

  • Identifying family goals
  • Linking to services
  • Mentoring
