For rotary phones, stay on the line and you will be transferred to an operator.
Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf
The City of Columbus can be reached by telecommunications devices for the deaf through the Ohio Relay Service at 1-800-750-0750 (TTY-TDD) or 7110.
Hours vary from program to program and are listed on the right side of each program page. Generally, programs operate from 8 am to 5 pm.
