An operator is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
For touch-tone phones, you can select to reach programs directly.
For rotary phones, stay on the line and you will be transferred to an operator.
Hours vary from program to program and are listed on the right side of each program page. Generally, programs operate from 8 am to 5 pm.
